Abstract

The article delves into the optimization of EV charging station logistics, focusing on the recycling of waste batteries. It discusses the advancements in EV technology and the subsequent increase in charging stations. The study addresses the challenges of site selection and capacity optimization, considering factors such as traffic flow, road conditions, and user satisfaction. The authors propose a model that incorporates both operator costs and user economic losses, using a neural network for prediction and an enhanced particle swarm optimization algorithm for optimization. The study highlights the importance of balancing the interests of charging station operators and EV users, ultimately aiming to create an efficient and sustainable charging infrastructure. The authors validate their model through a case study, demonstrating the effectiveness of their approach in reducing costs and enhancing user satisfaction.
