Abstract

This chapter explores the development and application of a hybrid Random Forest and Aquila Optimizer (RF-AO) model for predicting relative humidity. The study addresses the challenges posed by complex atmospheric dynamics and the limitations of traditional prediction methods. Key topics include the integration of machine learning techniques with optimization algorithms, the performance evaluation of the RF-AO model, and its comparison with existing models. The results demonstrate that the RF-AO model outperforms conventional Random Forest and other benchmark models, achieving higher accuracy and reliability in humidity prediction. This approach offers a promising solution for improving weather forecasting, particularly in sectors sensitive to humidity variations such as agriculture, aviation, and environmental management.
