Abstract

In diesem Beitrag diskutiert die Autorin, inwiefern Einsatzorganisationen hinsichtlich bislang unberücksichtigter Bedürfnisse in ihrer Arbeit durch einen adäquaten Einsatz moderner Managementinstrumente unterstützt werden können. Diesbezüglich werden insbesondere die Konzepte der Organisationalen Resilienz sowie der Antifragilität adressiert.
