Zusammenfassung

Organisationen müssen ihre Anpassungs- und Lernfähigkeit stetig verbessern, wenn sie am Markt bestehen wollen. Organisationsentwicklungsmaßnahmen (OE-Maßnahmen) haben die besten Realisierungschancen und die höchste Erfolgswahrscheinlichkeit, wenn Mitarbeitende zu Beteiligten gemacht, ihre Hoffnungen und Wünsche berücksichtigt und sie mit ihrer Expertise gehört werden. Der häufigste Grund für das Scheitern von OE-Maßnahmen wird in Widerständen von Mitarbeitenden gesehen. Distributive, prozedurale und interaktionale Gerechtigkeit bei Entscheidungs- und Kommunikationsprozessen kann Akzeptanz und Loyalität fördern. Eine transparente Kommunikation über Gründe, Inhalte und Folgen der Veränderungen, kann Widerständen vorbeugen oder sie reduzieren.
