Zusammenfassung

Diese qualitative Studie untersucht aus wirtschaftsanthropologischer Perspektive, wie Führungskräfte im Kontext von „New Work“ informelles Lernen kulturell prägen. Auf Basis von zwei Fokusgruppen mit Führungskräften aus deutschen Modeunternehmen werden deren Perspektiven entlang der fünf Merkmale von New Work nach Poethke et al. (2019) analysiert: Digitalisierung eröffnet neue Lernformate, Flexibilität fördert Selbststeuerung, Entgrenzung verlangt neue Kompetenzen, Arbeitsrelevanz stärkt Lernmotivation, und Partizipation ermöglicht kollektives Lernen. Führung zeigt sich dabei als symbolisches, interaktives Handeln. Die Studie erweitert den New-Work-Diskurs um eine kulturell-situierte Perspektive.
