Abstract

The chapter delves into the intricacies of organizational performance evaluation using advanced artificial intelligence algorithms. It begins by outlining the necessity of an effective Performance Evaluation System (PDS) for precise and productive assessments. The Balanced Scorecard method, a strategic tool integrating financial and non-financial metrics, is introduced as a revolutionary approach to evaluating organizational performance. The chapter then explores the application of fuzzy logic, a sophisticated logical system capable of handling uncertainties and ambiguities, in performance evaluation. A case study involving the Kayalar Group demonstrates the practical implementation of fuzzy logic in assessing company performance, revealing insights into the accuracy and efficiency of this method compared to traditional approaches. The chapter concludes with a detailed analysis of the results, showcasing the potential of AI algorithms in transforming organizational performance evaluation.
