At its factory in Mannheim, Germany, Kyocera Fineceramics Solutions manufactures the containment shells used in magnetic drive pumps. These containment shells enable energy- efficient operation and reduction in CO 2 emissions. Interceram contributor Charlie Wallin interviewed Bartosz Krawczyk, Sales Manager, to get a better understanding of the product.
Bartosz Krawczyk
Bartosz Krawczyk holds an MSc in Engineering (2012) and works as category sales manager at Kyocera Fineceramics Solutions, formerly Friatec. His main role is the responsibility for mechanical and plant engineering projects, with a focus on international customers. Bartosz has worked in the advanced ceramics industry for nine years, providing technical support and advice on the appropriate selection of ceramic materials and design technology for various ceramic components in pumps, magnetic mixers, and other pieces of equipment.
