Abstract

The article delves into the critical aspect of quantifying quantum entanglement, a fundamental component in quantum information processing. It introduces novel parameterized entanglement measures, namely q-concurrence, and demonstrates their well-defined nature as entanglement measures. The authors derive analytical lower bounds for these measures using the positive partial transpose (PPT) and realignment criteria, providing valuable insights into the quantification of entanglement for bipartite systems. The research also includes practical examples and calculations of q-concurrence for superposition states, highlighting the upper bounds of entanglement increase.
