Zusammenfassung

People Analytics liefert einen hohen Informationszugewinn im Bereich Personal, People Analytics muss jedoch auch einen betriebswirtschaftlichen Mehrwert hervorbringen. Hierzu stellen drei Elemente von People-Analytics-Projekten eine wesentliche Voraussetzung dar: die unternehmerische Fragestellung, die Datengrundlage und die Analysemethoden. Vor der Einführung von People Analytics steht die Entscheidung an, ob People Analytics primär zur tiefgehenden und einzelfallbezogenen Analyse dient oder ein auf Effizienz und Skalierbarkeit zielendes Berichtssystem aufgebaut werden soll. Beides erfordert eine unterschiedliche Vorgehensweise und Organisation der Einführung. Neben einem kurzen Überblick von möglichen sozialwissenschaftlich-statistischen Methoden werden auch Big-Data-Methoden kurz vorgestellt.
