After 36 years working at the ZF Group, Rolf Lutz retired on 1 October 2016. Lutz was the member of the board of management overseeing Corporate Quality, Commercial Vehicle Technology and the Region of South America. Over the last two years, he has also supervised the establishment of ZF Real Estate Management. Wilhelm Rehm of the management board will take on responsibility for the commercial vehicle business from Rolf Lutz. Franz Kleiner is to be tasked with overseeing Corporate Quality as well as being responsible for the Active and Passive Safety Technology division. Peter Lake, member of the board of management, will assume responsibility for the Region of South America from Lutz. ZF Real Estate Management will be headed up by Dr. Konstantin Sauer.
