Ground has been broken: The ASAP Group has started construction work on a new building at its Wolfsburg site (Germany). By October 2021, the Gaimersheim-based company is expected to expand its testing and trial center by 750 m² with a test hall. The focus will be on enlarging the testing capacities for electric mobility systems, among other things. More space is to be given to the topics of function and service life testing for e-drives and HV batteries. In addition, the development partner recently moved into two additional offices with a total area of 700 m² to meet the high demand for space. Since the opening of the first ASAP building in Wolfsburg in 2016, the number of employees at the site has doubled.
