About a year ago, Brunel Car Synergies completed the relocation of a development center including an accredited test laboratory from Bochum to Dortmund during ongoing operations. Now the company has announced a change in top management. On July 1, 2021, Carsten Wendt took over responsibility and management of the site. The mechanical engineering graduate has 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, 15 of which he spent in management positions. For the coming years, he plans to expand the existing technologies, launch high-voltage testing technology and restart test bench construction. Wendt succeeds Peter Bolz, who had been Managing Director since 2013 and is now retiring.
