Matthias Arleth will take over the posts of CEO and Chairman of the Mahle Group's Management Board on January 01, 2022. He succeeds Dr. Jörg Stratmann, who left the company on March 31, 2021. Arleth moves from automotive supplier Webasto SE, where he most recently served as Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board. "With Matthias Arleth, we have gained both a proven expert in product development in the technologies of the future and a consistent driver of transformation processes to make Mahle fit for the future," says Mahle Supervisory Board Chairman Prof. Dr. Heinz K. Junker. Arleth holds a degree in automotive engineering and has many years of experience in the automotive industry, both on the manufacturer and supplier side.
