Zusammenfassung

In diesem Artikel übertragen wir philosophische und politische Erkenntnisse und Strömungen zur Gesellschaft auf Cybercrime. Mangelnde Aufklärung und der Autoritätsglaube, Vorurteile oder Bevormundung können Cybercrime begünstigen. Ein mangelndes Verständnis von Moral, Gesetzen und Gesundheit kann dazu führen, dass Informatiker:innen eher im Naturstand als mit Blick auf einen Sozialvertrag oder Gesellschaftsvertrag handeln. Der Artikel bezieht Studien zu Cybercrime des Bundeskriminalamts (BKA) und vom Krimonologischen Forschungsinstitut Niedersachen e. V. (KFN e. V.) mit ein. Der Autor diskutiert, dass Täter:innen im Cybercrime eine mangelnde Kenntnis von philosophischen und politischen Bestrebungen wie den Konzepten von Zeit, Freiheit, Gesetzen, Gesellschaft, Wirtschaft, Eigentum, Kultur und Macht haben.
