Zusammenfassung

People Analytics hat das Potenzial, Personalarbeit in allen Funktionen gravierend zu verändern. Dieses Potenzial liegt in der verbesserten Informationsbereitstellung für Entscheidungen begründet. Eine Möglichkeit, dieses Potenzial aufzuzeigen, liegt in der Verknüpfung von People-Analytics-Informationen mit ihren Auswirkungen auf den Employee Lifetime Value. Zwar existieren verschiedene potenzielle Anwendungsmöglichkeiten von Analytics-Informationen zur Verbesserung des Employee Lifetime Values in den Personalmanagementfunktionen, diese müssen sich jedoch noch zu Standardkennzahlensystemen verdichten. Es werden beispielhaft Potenziale für die strategische Personalplanung, die Akquisition und das Retentionmanagement sowie für die Personalentwicklung und Laufbahnplanung aufgezeigt.
