Im Rahmen des Forschungsprojektes MarktLab wurde ein standardisiertes Vorgehen zur Durchführung von frühzeitigen Konzepttests entwickelt. Das vorliegende Kapitel stellt dieses Vorgehen anhand von fünf aufeinanderfolgenden Schritten vor. Somit soll das Kapitel insbesondere Praktikern als Leitfaden für die Anwendung frühzeitiger Konzepttests dienen.
