Abstract

The article explores the preparation of oil-resistant and high-temperature-resistant NBR composites using a modified graphene oxide/silica/coupling agent flocculation process. The study investigates the dispersion, oil resistance, high-temperature resistance, and mechanical properties of the composites prepared by different mixing methods. The results demonstrate that the ball milling-modified flocculation technique significantly improves the dispersion of fillers and enhances the oil and high-temperature resistance of the NBR composites. The article highlights the potential of this novel method for developing sustainable and high-performance rubber products.
