Presenting a model in smart electronic health networks based on IoT-Fog for health care to optimize resources

Abstract

The article discusses the development of a model for smart electronic health networks based on IoT-Fog technology, aimed at optimizing resources and enhancing healthcare services. It highlights the significance of IoT and fog computing in addressing the challenges of latency and real-time processing in healthcare applications. The proposed SHE-COA algorithm combines simulated annealing with the cuckoo optimization algorithm to optimize load balancing and reduce latency. The model is validated through simulations, demonstrating significant improvements in energy consumption, network bandwidth utilization, and delay. The research concludes with recommendations for future work, including real-time testing and further optimization of the method.
