Fritsch GmbH in Kastl/Utzenhofen relies on preeflow dispensing technology from ViscoTec for its fully automatic dispensing systems. The dispensers, which work according to the endless piston principle, feature high repeatability even when dispensing very small quantities, as well as clean and precise processing of various materials, user-friendly handling and short set-up times. All this makes them ideally suited for such applications as SMD production. For example, the preeflow eco-PEN from ViscoTec, which is used by Fritsch in the “dispenseALL” dispensing system, uses constant volume dispensing of materials like adhesives and sealants, such as those used in SMT applications, for example for filling a circuit carrier with silicone. However, other fluids such as soldering paste, underfill materials, heat-conducting paste, conformal coatings and grease can also be reproducibly and reliably applied.
