Abstract

Das im Folgenden vorgestellte Projekt ‘start-klar’ zeigt prototypisch, mit welchen Methoden und in welchem Projektrahmen Verständlichkeitsanalysen von Verwaltungsinformationen durchgeführt werden können. Dies soll wiederum anregen und ermutigen, bedarfsgerecht und zielorientiert eigene Analysen durchzuführen bzw. Verbesserungen vorzunehmen. Da Verwaltungen ebenso wie andere Organisationen Informationen heute digital präsentieren, ist es konsequent, administrative Texte im Kontext von Webauftritten zu analysiert und zu optimieren.
