Zusammenfassung

Eine Grundüberzeugung des Projektspiels ist, dass zu erfolgreichem Projektmanagement Ratio und Emotion gehören. Wir befassen uns in diesem Kapitel mit den beiden Polen Ratio und Emotion und zeigen auf, dass dieses Spannungsverhältnis historische Wurzeln hat, die bis in die europäische Philosophiegeschichte reichen. Anschließend behandeln wir das Thema Metaphern und verdeutlichen, wie sie unbewusst unser Handeln leiten und als Brücke zwischen Ratio und Emotion, zwischen Zweckorientierung und psychosozialen Aspekten dienen können. Zum Abschluss stellen wir unser Hemisphären-Modell vor. Das Hemisphären-Modell dient im Projektspiel als bildhafte Leitvorstellung, wie man in Projekten Emotionen zulassen und nutzen kann, ohne die Sachebene aus den Augen zu verlieren.
