Abstract

The study investigates the crystallization kinetics of poly(vinyl alcohol)/tea polyphenol (PVA/TP) composites, focusing on the effects of hydrogen bonding. Using X-ray diffraction (XRD) and kinetic models such as Avrami, Ozawa, and Mo, the researchers analyze how varying TP content influences the crystallization process and kinetic parameters. The results show that increasing TP content decreases crystallinity and affects the Avrami exponent, indicating changes in crystal growth mechanisms. This comprehensive evaluation provides valuable insights into the behavior of PVA/TP composites, essential for their production and application.
