Abstract

The article discusses the integration of quantum-assisted blockchain technology to address security challenges in IoT systems. It introduces a quantum-assisted blockchain model called QBoT, which leverages quantum signatures to enhance security against quantum computing attacks. The model is designed to improve interoperability, privacy, security, reliability, and scalability in IoT systems. The article also analyzes the correctness and security of the QBoT scheme, highlighting its advantages over traditional blockchain models and other quantum-assisted blockchain schemes. Additionally, it compares various consensus protocols and proposes the use of Delegated Proof of Stake (DPoS) for QBoT. The article concludes by discussing the potential of QBoT in establishing a secure information transmission network for IoT, paving the way for further advancements in the field.
