Excerpt

The article presents a novel real-time state monitoring system for high-intensity training that combines infrared light sensors and wireless networks. Traditional motion detection methods are limited by manual calculations and low accuracy. The proposed system leverages infrared imaging technology and advanced image recognition algorithms to enhance the efficiency and precision of athlete motion detection. The system can detect targets through occlusions and operate effectively in dark environments, making it ideal for high-intensity training scenarios. By integrating wireless networks, the system ensures stable, real-time data transmission, reducing the complexity of wiring and improving system flexibility. The article also discusses the system's architecture, implementation, and experimental results, demonstrating its superior performance in monitoring athletes during intense training sessions. The system's ability to provide accurate and timely physiological data feedback and training status analysis significantly improves the overall performance and practicality of monitoring systems in sports.
