The article delves into the luminescence properties of Gd2O3–B2O3–SiO2–Na2O–Al2O3 glasses doped with Eu3+ ions, focusing on the relationship between Eu3+ content and luminescence efficiency. It presents comprehensive spectroscopic and luminescence data, including excitation and emission spectra, fluorescence lifetime, and CIE chromaticity diagrams. The study reveals that the optimal luminescence effect is achieved at a Eu3+ concentration of 0.9 mol%, with luminescence quenching observed at higher concentrations. The findings suggest that Eu3+ ions can effectively regulate red light emission in glass-based LED applications, offering stable and efficient luminescence properties.
