Abstract

The chapter delves into the significance of outdoor play in early childhood education and the crucial role of teachers' instructional strategies. It introduces the K-means clustering algorithm as a tool to categorize and personalize these strategies, enhancing the learning experiences of young children. The study conducts a comprehensive survey across different regions and educational settings, analyzing data through questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The K-means algorithm is used to segment teachers into distinct strategy types, revealing patterns that can be tailored to individual needs. The research highlights the effectiveness of this approach, offering a promising avenue for improving outdoor play guidance in early education.
