Abstract

The article discusses the challenges and solutions for distributed photovoltaic cluster partitioning and dynamic adjustment in power distribution networks. It introduces an Adaptive Genetic Algorithm (AGA) for optimizing cluster partitioning based on comprehensive indicators such as modularity, intra-cluster power supply rate, and inter-cluster power transmission. The method aims to enhance the precision and efficiency of network regulation, ensuring the secure and optimal operation of the power grid. The effectiveness of the AGA is validated through case studies on the IEEE 33-node system, demonstrating improved system performance and stability. The article also addresses the need for dynamic adjustments in response to fluctuations in photovoltaic output, highlighting the importance of adaptive strategies in maintaining system reliability.
