Emergency crowd behavior has become an important factor affecting social stability. According to the crowd is whether affected by unexpected events, it is divided into susceptible group and infectious group. Based on the characteristics of crowd behavior, an epidemic dynamic model of emergency group behavior is built in this paper to investigate the conditions for crowd behavior as well as infection among individuals. It gives systematical quantitative analysis of group behavior. The results indicate that infection capability is the determinant of infection among individuals, while infection rate and cure rate are the necessary conditions for the group behavior. Furthermore, preventive measures, such as reducing infection capability, lowering infection rate and improving cure rate, are provided at last, which is strongly in practical.
