Abstract
This paper presents a localization scheme of wireless sensor networks, which makes use of TDOA positioning scheme based on extended Calman filter. Firstly, the measured TDOA value is used to locate the target, and then the estimated value of the target node obtained by the algorithm is filtered by the extended Calman observation. Taking four anchor nodes as an example, the simulation analysis is carried out. The proposed scheme does not require global synchronization among nodes, and can effectively reduce the additional hardware overhead of node design and reduce the power consumption and cost of nodes.
