Abstract

The article delves into the challenges and solutions for integrating renewable energy sources into active distribution networks, focusing on a hierarchical coordinated control method that optimizes the interaction between sources, networks, loads, and storage systems. It introduces innovative control strategies and algorithms to enhance grid stability, reduce network losses, and improve the overall efficiency of power distribution. The proposed method uses a two-level stochastic programming approach to achieve optimal energy and reserve scheduling, and employs an improved ε-constraint method to balance multiple objectives. The research is validated through experiments on the IEEE 33-node system, demonstrating significant improvements in power generation from renewable sources, reduced peak-valley differences, and lower pollutant emissions. The study concludes by highlighting the potential for future research in understanding the operational mechanisms of active distribution networks and applying advanced technologies like artificial intelligence and big data for intelligent control.
