Abstract

This chapter examines the evaluation weight of green office buildings in cold climate regions, addressing the challenges posed by regional variations and the dual carbon targets. The study focuses on 20 office buildings in China, analyzing energy indicators, thermal comfort, and environmental quality. Using the entropy weight method, it establishes an empirical foundation for refining evaluation criteria and generating quantifiable benchmarks for architectural design. The research highlights the importance of dynamic weighting mechanisms to accurately assess performance in cold-climate office buildings, ultimately contributing to the advancement of sustainable building practices.
