Abstract

The chapter delves into the critical role of technological innovation in driving industrial progress and competitiveness. It highlights the importance of rapid identification and exploitation of technological opportunities, which can be categorized into blank, emerging, and converging technologies. The research utilizes the BERT model to accurately parse and process complex technical literature and patent data, and integrates the Wisdom Bud platform to construct a technological knowledge flow network. Additionally, it employs spherical fuzzy sets and the MULTIMOORA method to manage uncertainty and ambiguity in multiple interacting technological opportunities. The proposed method demonstrates superior stability and applicability, making it a notable advancement in the field of technological opportunity analysis.
