Zusammenfassung

Zur Diagnostik von Resilienz im Arbeitsumfeld eignen sich unterschiedliche Instrumente. Dabei können Diagnostiktools eingesetzt werden, die sich mit der allgemeinen individuellen Resilienz unter anderem im unternehmerischen Kontext befassen. Zu den gängigsten Diagnostiktools zählen der Fragebogen nach Schumacher et al. (2005) und der Fragebogen zu resilientem Arbeitsverhalten nach Soucek et al. (2015). Aber auch viele weitere Instrumente, die entweder durch ihre Kürze (Brief Resilient Scale) oder ihre umfassende Betrachtung der arbeitsbezogenen Resilienz (FITOR) gekennzeichnet sind, können verwendet werden. Welches Instrument letztendlich zum Einsatz kommen sollte, ist unter anderem von dem mit der Diagnostik verfolgten Ziel abhängig. Das Ziel kann die Bestimmung der allgemeinen Resilienz der Belegschaft oder die Ermittlung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen zur Stärkung der individuellen Resilienz einzelner Fach- und Führungskräfte sein.
