Abstract

The article delves into the innovative application of Resonant Acoustic-Mixing (RAM) technology for the production of negative-temperature coefficient thermistors. Traditional methods, such as ball milling, are time-consuming and expensive. RAM technology offers a more efficient alternative, reducing processing time and costs. The study focuses on the production of NiMn2O4 and Ni0.5Co0.5Cu0.3Mn1.7O4 thermistors using RAM, demonstrating its effectiveness in achieving desirable electrical properties. The research showcases the potential of RAM technology to revolutionize the production of thermistors, making it a promising method for industrial applications.
