Abstract

The study investigates the impact of low potassium conditions on the growth and physiological characteristics of cigar tobacco varieties, focusing on indicators such as plant height, leaf surface area, and potassium utilization efficiency. By employing principal component analysis, membership function analysis, and cluster analysis, the researchers identify key indicators to measure low potassium tolerance and evaluate the tolerance of various cigar tobacco varieties. This research aims to enhance our understanding of potassium utilization mechanisms in plants and contribute to the development of more resilient and high-quality cigar tobacco varieties.
