Abstract

Abschließend wird im Rahmen dieses Kapitels noch einmal Bezug auf die forschungsleitenden Fragestellungen dieser Arbeit genommen und diese werden zusammenfassend beantwortet. Darüber hinaus werden die Limitationen der durchgeführten Untersuchung aufgezeigt und Anknüpfungspunkte für weitere Forschungsbemühungen herausgestellt. Schließlich werden einige zentrale Schlussfolgerungen aus den Untersuchungsergebnissen abgeleitet, aus denen sich Implikationen für die unternehmerische Praxis ergeben.
