Abstract

In the previous chapter (Chap. 3), we have described the research methodology for qualitative and quantitative study. This chapter discusses the results of the qualitative and quantitative analysis. The first section of this chapter discusses the results of the qualitative analysis, and the second part of the chapter discusses the quantitative measures using various statistical tools. First, the results of exploratory factor analysis performed on social sustainability issues in the supply chain, followed by confirmatory factor analysis to evaluate the psychometric properties of the factors. Further, this chapter discusses the results of second-order confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modelling. In addition, this chapter also discusses the results of various statistical tests used for reliability and validity of the constructs considered for the study.
