Abstract

The article introduces a revived double perovskite, BaBi1.4Fe0.6TiO6, which demonstrates improved dielectric properties compared to its predecessors. The study focuses on the enhanced ferroelectric and dielectric order achieved through the strategic incorporation of Bi and Fe. The synthesis process, structural analysis, and characterization techniques are meticulously detailed, highlighting the potential applications of this material in electronic devices.
