Abstract

The study investigates the structural, optical, and electrical properties of Zn and Al–Zn doped CdO thin films using Rietveld refinement and first-principles calculations. The authors demonstrate the successful substitution of Zn and Al ions in the CdO matrix and analyze the impact of doping on the material's properties.
