19. Risikomanagement im Projekt

Zusammenfassung

Projekte ohne Risiko gibt es nicht, denn ein typisches Projektmerkmal ist Innovation, und das zieht Risiko nach sich. Projektmanager müssen sich deshalb auch immer als Risikomanager verstehen. Das bedeutet, dass Projektmanager und ihre Teams dafür zuständig sind Risiken und ihre Auswirkungen auf das Projekt rechtzeitig zu erkennen. Im nächsten Schritt sind effiziente Maßnahmen zur Minimierung oder Eliminierung einzuleiten.
