Abstract

This article introduces a novel dual-watermarking algorithm designed to enhance the security and integrity of digital images. The algorithm combines a new hyperchaotic system, the 3D-IICM, with quaternion radial harmonic Fourier moments (QRHFMs) and singular value decomposition (SVD) to achieve robust watermarking. The key focus areas include the development of the 3D-IICM hyperchaotic system, the implementation of a fragile watermarking technique for tamper detection, and the creation of a zero-watermarking scheme for copyright authentication. The article also presents extensive experimental results demonstrating the algorithm's robustness against various attacks, including geometric transformations, noise, and compression. The conclusion highlights the algorithm's superior performance in terms of imperceptibility, tamper detection, and copyright authentication, making it a valuable tool for professionals in digital image security.
