Abstract

The article delves into the selection and optimization of Sb and Ta co-doped (K0.41Na0.59)(Nb1-x-ySbxTay)O3 lead-free ceramics, a promising alternative to Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 (PZT) ceramics. The study focuses on the fabrication process, microstructural characterization, and electrical property analysis of these ceramics. Notably, the authors demonstrate that the co-doping of Sb and Ta can significantly enhance the piezoelectric properties, including the d33 value, dielectric constant, and ferroelectric properties. The research highlights the potential of these ceramics for practical applications, offering a sustainable and ecologically benign alternative in the field of piezoelectric materials.
