Deutschland in der Warteschleife

Erstaunt war ich nicht, als vor einigen Tagen ein Entschuldigungsbrief des Lufthansa-Vorstands für schlechten Service und Flugausfälle der Kranichlinie kam. Menschlich ist das allzu verständlich. Vertriebstechnisch ist es eine Katastrophe. Mit ihrem Service-Desaster bleibt die Luftfahrtbranche jedoch nicht allein.
