Abstract

The article introduces innovative techniques for modeling delay and voltage in RLCG interconnect networks using single and two pole analysis. Traditional methods like Elmore Delay and SPICE are costly and less precise for high-frequency systems. The proposed models accurately estimate threshold delay and voltage for ramp input, crucial for high-speed system design. The research demonstrates that the new models achieve high precision close to SPICE simulations, making them valuable for fast and accurate performance analysis in high-speed digital design.
