Abstract

The study delves into the synthesis and characterization of Li2Y9(SiO4)6O2F ceramics, a novel oxyfluoride solid solution. The research highlights the ceramic's exceptional microwave dielectric properties, including a near-zero temperature coefficient of resonant frequency (τf), low dielectric constant, and high quality factor. The article also explores the crystal structure and sintering behavior of the ceramic, showcasing its potential for advanced microwave circuitry applications. The findings demonstrate the ceramic's superior performance compared to existing materials, making it a promising candidate for future microwave devices.
