Zusammenfassung

Bei der Anerkennung anderer geht es viel um Wahrnehmung. Es fällt schwer, andere richtig wahrzunehmen, wobei sich das üben lässt. Die Folgen von Anerkennung sind enorm, was Leistung und Motivation beim Anerkannten anbelangt. Es wird behandelt, wie sich Anerkennung zeigen lässt, sowie welchen Modellen man folgen kann, um neben dem Positiven auch das Negative oder zu Verändernde gut zu platzieren.
