Abstract

The chapter discusses the critical role of hydraulic actuators in power hydraulics and the challenges they face due to operational stresses and external factors. It introduces a specialized test stand capable of simultaneously testing four actuators under identical conditions, each with different material configurations and surface modifications. The stand is designed to assess various mechanical and operational properties, including efficiency, tightness, and wear resistance. The research aims to identify eco-friendly alternatives to harmful chromium coatings, making it a valuable resource for professionals seeking to improve the sustainability and performance of hydraulic systems.
