This chapter delves into the statistical analysis of partially grouted (PG) concrete masonry shear walls, comparing the predictive accuracy of three international standards (Canada, United States, and Europe) and four recent models. The study examines the contributions of masonry, axial load, and reinforcement to wall strength, highlighting discrepancies and limitations in current standards. It also introduces new models derived from a database of 125 PG shear walls tested in North America, offering more precise predictions. The analysis reveals that horizontal reinforcement in one-course bond beams has limited impact on shear strength, while bed joint reinforcement and interior vertical reinforcement are more significant.
