Abstract

Die Trends Autonomes Fahren, Konnektivität und Elektromobilität dominieren gegenwärtig die Management-Agenda [1] und sind neben gesellschaftlichen Veränderungen im Mobilitätsverhalten wesentlich für ein von Unsicherheiten geprägtes volatiles Marktumfeld in der Automobilindustrie verantwortlich. Sowohl primäre als auch sekundäre Unternehmensfunktionen sind von den geschilderten Trends betroffen, sodass einzelne Fachbereiche aber auch gesamte Betriebe herausgefordert werden, unternehmerische Antworten zu finden. Für das in diesem Beitrag behandelte Controlling ist dies nicht anders.
