Zusammenfassung

Kap. 9 beschreibt die Bedeutung von Strategieumsetzung und Steuerung im Rettungsdienst. Es zeigt, wie Visionen in strategische Ziele (Objectives) und messbare Ergebnisse (Key Results) übersetzt werden können, unter Anwendung der OKR- und SMART-Methodik.
